The next three unlocks.

Grade a few motions above and the doctrine computes your next moves, in priority order, with the trigger that earns each one.

You scored the system. Now get the plan for yours.

The Demand Plan is the customized version of what you just graded: your competitor white space and a customized audience targeting worksheet, free.

Why this is the natural next move: the Demand Plan is steps 01 and 02 of the 5-step method, map the gap and engineer the audience. That is the first move at almost every stage this board can output.

The audit is the analyst-graded version of this self-score: a senior strategist grades the same board with your real data.
How the scoring works

Every motion is graded L0 (absent) to L3 (compounding) against published definitions. Your Ecosystem Score is a weighted sum out of 100: Create 25, Connect 25, Convert 20, Capture 15, Compound 15, spread evenly across the motions in each pillar. Meta and programmatic carry no score until enrichment reaches L2; once that gate opens they fold into the Convert weight. Stages map as Validate 0 to 20, Ramp 21 to 40, Reach 41 to 60, Supply 61 to 80, Sustain 81 to 100.

The Next 3 Unlocks follow the six laws of progression: warm audiences before cold, foundations before amplification, and expansion earned by saturation or success, never proposed in a vacuum. This self-score reads the maturity you enter; the analyst-graded version applies the full ladder, including warm-pool data this tool cannot see. The full doctrine, including every level definition, is published openly. We use the same board, with verified data instead of self-assessment, in every client engagement.
